I love this and as of right now there are 4 eggplants of about 3 to 4ft. growing in it and have about 8 or 9 fruits in different stages of ripening... already picked 5 or so from them. I learned now that maybe I should have just planted 1 or 2 in it, but someone left me 4 plants in a starter pack and I just wanted to see how this self watering pot worked out... so far I am loving it.

I think it look better than most self waterers. Does it roll easily and is it durable? Does the reservoir get stagnant before the end of season?

Yes spuds, it has overflow holes on both sides but I can't attest to it not getting the green slime as this is my first year using this City Picker and when I got mine it was from Lowe's and it was just 20 bucks and change and they know now how well they worked and jacked up the price on them...

I wonder if part of the problem I've had with self watering containers is that I don't have chlorine treated water. It comes from a creek and has sediment and a UV filter. But once exposed to the air, there is nothing to stop algae growth starting immediately.
